I go down to the local blood services every other week to give platelets, I am almost at 6 gallons so far. I like to think that I am helping other people out. They tell me that I have enough platelets in the sample to help 3 people. I will continue to give as long as I can. It feels great helping other people out. Funny thing is, I do not like needles.
