I want to personally thank all the donors who go out of their way to DONATE BLOOD. A lot of times donors don’t see the recipient end of donating and I never did either until this passed winter 2010. It was the day after my wedding and my mother was admitted into the hospital with diverticulis and kidney failure. She had very little red blood cells and her white blood counts where very high. They immediately gave her a blood transfusion which helped her body fight the infections and gave her a second chance at life!! I can’t say THANK YOU enough for giving my mom a second chance at LIFE.
